1. When will my order ship?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
2. How long does shipping take?
U.S. Orders: Estimated delivery is 7–14 business days after processing.
International Orders: Estimated delivery is 14–31 business days, depending on the destination.
3. How can I track my order?
As soon as your order ships, you will receive tracking details via email. You can also track your order anytime on our Track Your Order page using your order number or tracking ID.
4. Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Yes! We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact our support team with your order number and reason for return.
5. What if I received a damaged or incorrect item?
We’re sorry for the inconvenience. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll make it right by sending a replacement or issuing a refund.
